Dear Sir/Ms.
Every day I get a message on my screen saying that
updates are ready to install. Following the
instructions very carefully I tell it to go ahead
and install. Installation commences and runs until
the bar indicator shows installation is
approximately 75% complete. At that point the system
hangs up and I have to shut down to clear it.
Please advise me as to the possible cause and
correction for this wierd occurrence . Thank You.
