XP SP1 Updated Finally !

Hello has anyone received from Microsoft the newly revised
update to Windows XP SP1?
This update number is 81778, has anyone updated it, and
has it affected there machines performance in any way. I
would like to check before downloading this file.
Please let me and everyone listening, your advice or
recomendations.
