when im on my computer it works fine and when i go on internet explorer its
fine until i close explorer then it crashes the mouse works but if you click
anything the computer beeps and the mouse stops working and the whole
computer just stays on it doesnt give any message saying something is wrong
it doesnt reboot it just stays crashed so i press the reset button but its
getting annoying now anyone help me? !!!!

Hi

Have a look in the Event Viewer for any 'Errors'. If any found, could you
please post the Source and Event ID? With those your problem could be
narrowed down.

hi well i have loads of errors there are 2 sets there is one called side by
side and one of its event its is 59 and the other error is the service
control manager the vent code for that is 7023 hope this narrows it
