We just got a new Dell computer and I've caught the screen saver freezing a
few times now... It just seems to stall. After 20 minutes on screen saver,
it's supposed to go into power save mode, but because it freezes, that
doesn't happen. I'm worried the image will burn into the monitor and that
this signifies some kind of deeper issue. We did have a couple of power
outages that shut the computer down twice! Could that have damaged the hard
drive since the power was cut without the normal shut down mode?
