pop-ups supression

How do I keep "pop-ups" from coming up when I enter the
web? I have as many as 95 that I have to close before I
can get to my e-mail.

yes, definetly get Norton's. I can hardly believe i am
saying this, But nortons is great. It is so good that
most ad's on yahoo disappear, which means faster loading
of pages since no crap is shown
