View Full Version : Is Msn messenger live a Virus?

What is a virus? It is a small program that spreads from one computer to
another
causing harm to it and degrading its performance greatly.
Msn mess live with its invite system, is spreading from person to person
isn't it?
Just do the math: Each user gets 5 invites that he sends to another 5
persons and they get 5 invites each! Its spreading in a logarithmic scale!
The virus will spread globaly in no time!
How about computer degradation? Well it maxes your CPU, eats up your ram,
and your hard drive (VM memory leak). Some people have reported 1.5 GB of VM
used up ONLY for MSN messenger live!
But this is a smart kind of virus.. no need for it to sneak in.
It promises a great and fantastic experience... so you VOLUNTARILY install
it!
Hmmmmmmmmmmm................. ;-)

Dear JJ
When you can intelligently describe the difference between worms,
viruses, Trojans, spyware, bots, spiders, zombies, and other internet
pests, then you will realize that you really didn't know what a computer
virus truly is. So, you really cannot say factually that something is
like a computer virus, when you really don't know what a computer virus
truly is.
That's like saying MSN Messenger is like a Jabberwocky, without truly
knowing what a Jabberwocky is.

Fool! My knowledge of technology goes far beyond your mediocre
