My quality of video in my movie is fair. But when i burn the movie onto dvd
and watch it on t.v. , the screen is too big and the video looks very poor.
Is there a way that i can create a smaller viewing size so that it doesnt
fill the whole screen of the tv, but create a sort of a centered picture in
picture image when played as a dvd on tv ???
