Windows Messenger

How can I limit the amount of time that my children use the Windows Messenger
chat program. It is almost an addiction for them and I cannot sit beside them
all the time to control thier use.

If you've got a firewall you could set a schedule on allowing certain ports
to pass through. That way you could allow them to use the messenger between
18:00 and 20:00, so they can make their homework in teh afternoon.

I don't know the ports messengers uses, but that shouldn't be too hard to
find out.
