Windows won't start!

I did a disk clean, shut off my computer completly and now
I can not get it open again. When I turn on the computer I
get the restart window and I have to choose Safe Mode,
Safe Mode w/Networking, Safe Mode with command Prompt,
Last Known Godd Configuration and Start Windows Normally.
Know matter what I choose it acts as if it is starting
goes to the Windows XP color screen and then back to the
above restart screen,,,Ican't get a prompt, I can't get it
to another step/window...Help!
