XP auto generates directory

after I delete or move the My Music or My Videos folders
under My Documents, XP well generate a new empty folder
with the same name. I'm kinda getting tired of constantly
deleting the new folders.

Well, you're deleting XP's system folders and they will return!

Download and install TweakUI:

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP (TweakUI)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

After installing, go to Start > Programs > PowerToys for Windows XP >
TweakUI. Expand "My Computer" and click on "Special Folders".
You can easily change the location of the folders there.
