system freezes any time

Windows XP Pro, freezes at any time, and everything seems
to be working fine, hardware and software, any
suggestions? I thought it was problems with processor's
fan, but it may happen right after boot time, when the
laptop is still cold.

Could be your Ram. Use Memtest to check it out.
