graphics control filter

sometimes when i install any kind of graphics related software i get a
message that sais no graphics control filter.and also on all the websites
some of the pictures arent there theres just an outline of them.could
somebody that knows what thier talking about please help me?

Without more specific details, such as the "graphics related software"
or details of your PC etc, then the obvious response is that you are
installing/configuring software that your PC is not capable
of................
An example being Hi-Def editing/capture.
This is CPU and RAM intensive, but also FSB plays a crucial role too.
