outlook express

I've recently updated to outlook express 6 and seem to be having a problem
with it. when I click on a link it doesn't open up the site it should be
going to. any ideas why this is happening.

Go to Start > Run and type: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL , and hit enter.
Click OK and reboot your computer. =20
Next, go to: IE/Tools/Internet Options/Programs/Reset Web Settings.
