I TO HAVE DOWNLOADED FILES THAT WOULD NOT DELETE AT TIMES
AN I HAVE A OLDER COPY OF BC wipe that I use to get rid
of them. Bc wipe is a program that is used to completly
wipe info from your computer. You can install it then
right click on a file or folder in windows explorer then
wipe just that file or folder. When I have a file that
will not erase I do the above and as soon as be wipe
starts showing that it is deleting the file I stop it and
the file is gone or if I have the time I just let it keep
going until the file is wiped. I have not used the
latest version to do since it has a time limit of thirty
days but you could go to http://www.jetico.com/ and
download it and try it.
here is also another site with how to delete file.
