Pinnacle 10

When using pinnacle 10 the video player window does not show anything other
than a black screen. With Two of the transitions it works so it is capable of
working but why does it not work with all the others including playing my own
video clips. Without being able to see it is a useless piece of software.
Can anyone help. Is it something to do with my graphic card?

I had this program zoe,I spent the whole night dealing with error messages,i
had to contact the company,customer support is, rubbish i listened to 6 songs
while waiting for tec support,in the end i got through to another guy there,
if they dont answer the phone you lose your number given to you on the sirel
number page,if you lose the call after they dont answer, you then lose your
number then you have to purcase another number at £5 a time off the net, i
can think of spending £49 on something better than this program full of
hidden "buy me's" lol
