How to add Program Events to Sound Scheme?

Hello All:
I'd like to associate a .wav file with Windows Media Player whne I
open/close it in Win XP/2003.
How can I add new Program Events (Windows Media Player-- Open
Program--WMP--Close Program) to the list on the Sounds and Audio
Properties--Sounds tab ?
