System slow: IXPLORE.EXE Consuming 98% of CPU

Occasionally system gets really slow. Cntl+Alt+Delete
shows IEXPLORE.EXE is using all the CPU. Seems like it
happens after shreen saver goes on.
Any Ideas?

IEXPLORER is Internet Explorer. Are you online when you view your system
performance info?
