LAN help

My LAN network neighbourhood show the folder from a drive
\\leader.usauniversity.edu drive with students web contents and work, I can
browse and see every content as if it were in my LAN. I have WinXP firewall
and Spyware Beta1. I have no idea of how this happened and I don't want it
mapped on my LAN. How can I remove it? Could anyone be using it to hack my
LAN? Why is it happening?
