Hi there,
My beloved cousin uses my pc and I think I need to set up a user
account for him but I only want to allow him certain access like
broadband, itunes, IE & messenger.
Is there a way I can only let him have access to these programs?
Thanks
Karl

Hi there,
Firstly, I'd create them a Limited user account, this limits what system
changes they can make:
Control Panel>User Accounts>New user, select Limited.
If there are certain programs you wish to block from them, you may wish to
use software restriction policy, which is explained on
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=310791
Create a new policy - make a hash rule to dissalow the specific program.
