advertisements do not show on certain web sites

I seem to have a problem on certain sites like POGO.com.
The advertisements do not show up, all it shows
is "ACTION CANCLED I E cannot find the link..." It seems
to only be on certain pages. Does anyone have the same
problem, or know what the answer is.

If you have some firewall type of software (Norton Internet Security, Black
Ice, Panda Platinum, etc...) they may have a setting to attempt to block
ads. Also there are packages that write blocking information to the HOSTS
file, which again, could cause the eventual blockage of ads.
