I recently upgraded to Windows XP Pro from Windows 98 and
for the most part everything runs fine. One problem
though, is that when I reboot, the scandisk tries to run
and during this process, my monitor loses the connection
to the PC until I hit a key to cancel the scandisk
process, then the monitor comes back to life and the boot
completes. This only started happening since I loaded the
newest NVIDIA driver. With the old driver it is not a
problem but then I get errors regarding missing dll
programs...
Any ideas?
