when trying to view videos that are on a website nothing happens, the media
player on my computer works and realplayer works within websites. can u help?

You should post this in microsoft.public.windowsmedia.player. Also include
some version information and a couple of URLs to the media that won't play.

Hi James
I don't know if this will work for you or not. What I do when a movie
doesn't load from a website is I right click the link to the movie and do a
copy URL. Then open win media player and right click in the screen and when
the menu opens go open URL and paste the URL into the box that opens and
away you go.
