Hi,

Windows XP issue. When I open a folder that has say 40 zip
files in the File Explorer, each containing about 10,000
compressed files, I can wait 5-10 minutes before the File
Explorer completes opening the folder. Is there a way to
keep the File Explorer from treating zip files as folders.

In Win2K, such a folder is opened about 100 times faster.

Thanks,
Amnon

Thanks, that takes care of it and also points to a good
resource.
