autocomplete does not work properly....

i may be incredibly naive but
i can not figure how to get autocomplete to work.

it works for web addresses, but not personal id's, or logons
or forms,
and passwords.

either in internet explorer or in outlook express.

is there some thing i must do in windows?

i have set all settings,
it seems,
properly,
and even
adjusted administrator in the regedt32 file. in the
"protected storage system provider file"

though i have several accounts it seems, in the regedit32
administrator, owner, restricted, and robert lafayette, of which i use the
administrator,


please refer me to the appropriate section
and with specific details as i am a novice,
incidently,
the autocomplete works in others' computers,
that is if i use someone else's computer it usually remembers me in
almost every form filler i use, whether on line or not,

but mine does not.

please help!!

Outlook Express keeps prompting for your password - Fix
