I installed a certain program as Adminstrator because it requires
Adminstrator right to run. However, it somehow was automatically installed
in the Startup path of every profile on my computer. When each profile is
logged in, an error message is received stating that this one program can't
open because they aren't adminstrator. I don't need this program in any
other profile, how do I remove it from all the other profiles except the
Adminstrator one? Is there a way to only install programs in the current
profile and not the others?

If the shortcut to the program is in all accounts' Start Menu, just log
into an account with administrative privileges and right-click on the
Start button. Choose "Explore all Users", which will give you the
familiar two-paned Explorer interface. Open each user's Start Menu and
delete the program's shortcut from their Startup folder.

If the program's icon doesn't appear in their Startup folders, log into
their accounts and use the System Configuration Utility to prevent
startup. You might need to make those users administrators temporarily
to run the Utility.

As for your last question, the installation routine is coded into the
program so you would need to ask the people who wrote the software.
