Windows will reboot for one of the following reasons:

1)Your computers processor has overheated
2)Your computer has crashed
3)You have a virus causing this

To find out if your computer is overheating in the bios
there is usually a hardware montior which will tell you
the tempreatures of your computer.

To 'Blue Screen' which will cause a message to appear if
it does crash then do the following steps:

Start
Control Panel
System
Advanced Tab
Startup and recovery -> Settings
In the settings window uncheck Automatically restart
Press OK
#Now when your computer crashes it will come up with an
error message on the screen, make a note of it and post a
message back#

Msg back if any of this helps you
