The pointer is jumping up and down on the right side of
the screen. We replaced the Dell mouse (the second in
just over a year) with a Logitech optical mouse. It
still does this occassionally. You can move the mouse
but sometimes it jumps right back to the right hand
corner. I can't find anything in HELP to help. We have
also had a lot of system error/shutdown messages lately,
but can't figure out what would be causing this.
Yesterday it happened three times before I could get the
computer to run correctly.
