When I have copied onto DVD (2 different types of disc have been tried) I
cannot play on a dvd player (again tried 2 types of dvd player). However the
dvd will play on a PC (again checked on 2 different PC's. Any ideas on how to
copy from Media Home Edition successfully?

What third party application are you using to create your Video DVDs?

check your dvd player if it plays dvd-r , or dvd-rw, or dvd+ r.i had the same
problem and the Geesquad guys told me thar most dvd players recognize only
the
dvd-r version and make sure you finalized the disk or formated.
best of luck to you !

www.videohelp.com has a long list of almost every single DVD player out
there and what each one will accept.
