ALSO: Is there ANY way when running SpyBot for it not to
bring up the same items that were located before? It
gave me the same information and some from previous I had
unchecked to keep, but they showed up again along with
the selections I left checked to kick out
Also need help about Ad-Aware and Quarantine of files ...
I click on the ones I could possibly have a question
about later and may need to recover ... When I select the
item, a window comes up and I am asked to enter the
locaton, etc. looks like going in and giving the Registry
location, which I am not certain I should do.
Thanks for the help (MVP)'s ..
Couldn;t do it without you.
Thanks

In AdAware 6 after you perform the scan, click the Next button and you see
the details of the objects that were found. Select the check box of the
objects you wish to quarantine, a box will pop up asking for a name for the
file to store these objects in. Name the file and click OK. Click the Next
button and these files will be removed from their current location and
backed up to the file you selected.

Click the Quarantine icon (Package) at the top of the window to view the
quarantined files. You will have the option of restoring these files in that
window.

I have yet to find anything that I really needed to quarantine.
