A domain controller could not be found for the specified domain

When I start my laptop, the first message that appears is "A domain
controller could not be found for the specified domain.� The window's
caption is "Windows Security Message". This message started appearing after
I recovered Windows. It was never connected to a domain and is not connected
to one now. Once I click OK, the laptop operates normally.

Any idea on how I can get rid of this message?

I tried to capture the window (Alt+PrintScreen), but it didn't work.

Reinstalling the Novell client stopped this message from appearing.
