Has anyone experienced a problem with Windows XP not
shutting down completly when you request the program to
shut down. We are runnig on a network with Windows loaded
locally.
WE have not left any programs open when we tried to close
windows and then only program really load at this point is
Incolate, but this appears to be closed.

Any ideas would be helpful.
