Greetings to all:
We have just completed a deployment of over 475 pc's across the country, all
domain authenticated to servers in NY via vpn lan & wan connections. Now it
has become necessary to install the snmp service on these machines, which was
not done originally because it was deemed unnecessary and a security hole.
We do not have SMS or any third party deployment tools "yet". Is there a way
that the SNMP service can be installed and started automatically without
having to touch each of the remote machine one by one, using either through
Group Policy, or possibly even scripting, (which is not my first choice)
