After clicking 'Shut Down' or 'Restart', the computer
freezes on the message 'Closing Network Connections'
though the cursor still moves when I move the mouse. I've
waited a while for it to go through the rest of the
shutdown procedure but it never does. So ultimately I
have to hold the power button down until it shuts off
