Hi Panda_man
As you are aware that i am using Windows XP SP2 firewall instead of Norton
IWP...sometimes on startup there is a alert from Windows Security Centre
saying "Your PC is at risk,,norton IWP is switched off " and when i click on
the red baloon(shield) it takes me to the security centre setting where all
the three items ie Firewall/Automatic updates/Virus are ON.However in "change
the way security centre alerts me there are only two options checked one for
windows firewall and the second one for Automatic updates. Its unchecked for
Virus alert.

Please advise how to disable this alert "Your PC is at risk,,norton IWP is
switched off " which appears sometimes on startup.
Thanks
