Error at start-up

I, just today, started getting a message that windows
could'nt open a file named TFTP988. It too prompts me
to go to a web site to find a program that will open up
this file, but when I go there, it says that it can not
identify the file type either. I haven't gotten
the "windows has encountered a problem" message, but this
just started happening today. Please if you have figured
out anything, let me know. Thankyou.
