I am hoping for some help.

I am working within a manufcaturing plant and am responsible for the
maintenance and engineering functions.

We have a laptop within the engineering function and somebody thought it
would be clever to put an administrator password on it. Subsequently, none of
the personnel can remember the password and so I am unable to add urgently
required software to the laptop.

I don't know if it is possible but I need to reset the password if possible
to be able to install new software.

I could reformat the drive but We have data on the laptop which we do not
want to lose.

Please help

Greetings,

It is possible to reset lost, forgotten or expired pass using special
tool, such as Active@ Password Changer. That is a really useful
utility, it never failed me before and worked simply great. It nearly
saved me some times, so I can say it is reliable. Give it a try, that
should definately solve the problem.
