Slow Motion Affect and Fast Motion Affect

[Windows Movie Maker]

Can I do slow and fast motion on the Windows Movie maker? I have tried to
look it up and could not find it.....

Go to effects and look ofr slow down half and speed up double. Drag the
effect down onto the video clip to enable it.
If you want it slower or faster then drag it down onto the clip a second or
third time.
