U can create a shortcut to both the programs and put them
in the startup folder in your start menu. any shortcut's
in this folder will start when u start the computer.

Chris,
To clarify my problem: I have two programs that start when I logon. How do I
stop them? They are not in the startup directory. Where else should I look?
Thanks in advance.
steve.
