how to merge multiple mini-DVDs?

I have shot video on multiple mini-DVDs during a trip and would like to merge
them onto regular DVDs. Any questions how to do that? thanks.

What facilities do you have? What apps do you have? What format do you want
the end dvd to take?
If you want a menu to reach the several smaller files, then you need an app
like Ulead videostudio9 which will accept the vobs, then you can make a new
dvd.
