can't play videos off of cmt

I can't play any videos off of www.cmt.com . I have all the updates for wmp
and everything else including java. I just don't understand what I can do. I
have tried so so many things. My friend can play them on his compuuter so
we sat down and he's got the same settings as me. Just really really
frustrated. Any help would be much appreciated.
