it's called help and support. it's in your start menu.
none of them take up memory unless u r using them. they
dont just take up any memory just sitting there. there
are hundards of books u can by that tell u more about
windows. and then there is the newsgroup that u r posting
in. u can always try reading the 6000+ pages of info,
