View Full Version : Windows Update EULA Web Page Dialog Fails to Display "Accept" Button

I have repeatedly tried to update a new Dell box running XP SP1.
Windows Update performs normally until the EULA Web Page Dialog box is
displayed. The Web Page ends at the line "Do you accept the terms of
the pending License Agreement?" Since I can not Accept, Microsoft
refuses to download the 40+ updates identified. I connect using a
high-speed cable service. I have deleted my Temporary Internet Files
and disabled Norton Internet Security. I would welcome a workaround to
permit access to these security updates. Thank you.

Bob;
Right click the Desktop, click Properties.
Click Settings tab, click Advanced button.
Set DPI to 96dpi
Or press Tab key.
