Hello there:
I've been using MSN 7.5 for quite awhile and had no problem in the
beginning. However, I started to see my video conservation slowed down a bit
since the beginning of this year and now it stutters all the time. I'm using
Window XP with cable connection, UPnP enabled, Norton Firewall enabled,
directly connected to the modem w/o any router and operating it on the
administrator desktop but still no luck! Anyone could help me figure this out
will be strongly strongly appreciated!! Please give me a hand here as i'm
going nuts!
