Multiple monitors, virtual desktops

Hi everyone, I am looking for a combination of functionality. On my
laptop, I want to have virtual desktops (lot's of packages for doing
that) but I also want to be able to direct one of the virtual desktops
to the external monitor connected to my laptop. Essentially, I'd like
to be able to cue-up a screen/desktop then cause it to be sent to the
external monitor, so I can work on cue'ing up another desktop.

You might try windows media home page,locate utilities,locate the "Exhibitor
Pro" .Its specifically for running 2 or more monitors...
