In Wondows XP Professional, I'm getting a n event log entry

NATCAP service failed to start.

Does anyone know what this is?

NATCAP is not part of a standard Windows installation. Disable the
service in the Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services and see
what happens now. If Windows and all your applications run well, leave
it that way. Alternatively you may run into problems with a specific
application. If so, reinstall that program.
