Lost program installation package SGuard.msi

Every time I turn on my computer a box comes up called
windows installer and is trying to install Veritas Update
Manager. Then it comes back stating unable to find
installation package SGuard. msi.
This program has to do with Record Now.
Have tried every thing to find it. Please Help
