Disable WindowsKey+U for Utility Manager

My Ctrl key and WindowsKey are close to each other.
Sometimes when I intend to press on Ctrl+U I get
Windows+U and then the utility manager opens along with
the narrator, the computer starts speaking etc...
How do I disable the Windows+U option?
