c:\windows\system32\cmd32.exe not found

Hey there...

I just installed Norton antivirus 2 days ago and i started
having the next problem...
every time i re-start my computer i will get a window
message saying"

"Windows can not find c:\windows\system32\cmd32.exe
make sure is installed and then reboot your computer"

What do i did wrong?
how can i fix that?
do i need that file??

Remove remnants of KWBot.Worm from the Registry and File System

That file was the virus, so you do not need it.
Follow this:
http://www.symantec.com/search/
Search for the particular virus you had and follow the directions.
