Clean Up Disk

Under Performance window, when I click to clean up disk
prior to defrag, nothing happens. I am unable to defrag,
but not clean up old files before. Can anyone give me
clues?

Line 48, Right column "Disk Cleanup - Compress..."
Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
