MSN Messenger v Windows Messenger

I use Windows messenger now and I am thinking of changing to MSN messenger,
but what is the difference & should I bother?

The only reason I am thinking of changing is I understand you can get a
larger picture in MSN messenger thatn the small picture in Windows Messenger.

msn messenger is a more "fun" chat client with lots of bells and whistles...

windows messenger has to remain simple because it is used for internal
company communications also.
